DELIVERY

Products are delivered after phone confirmation of the order by us through Fan Courier.

The delivery time is 2 working days from the moment the order is confirmed by phone.

Delivery is free for orders over 500 lei in all localities where there is a Fan Courier office. For details regarding the transport cost for localities where there is no Fan Courier office, you can contact us by phone at 0722880022.

RETURN

To request the return of a product (within the legal term of 14 calendar days from receiving the package), please contact us by email at [email protected]. The delivery and return costs are borne by the buyer. The bank details for the refund (full account holder's name, IBAN account number without spaces, and bank name) should be sent to the above email address, along with the name used for the order, a phone number, and the invoice series and number. The refund will be processed in accordance with the law within a maximum of 14 days from the date MAISONDELUXE.RO receives the return package. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the refund method specified. Return or exchange packages with cash on delivery are not accepted. The shipping fee to us is covered by the customer.

Returns are not accepted for reasons other than potential defects caused by the manual work of embroideries, as fulfilling the orders involves customizing fabrics by cutting according to each client's requests. (OUG 34/2014 art. 16 lit. c)
